I always feel like I'm repeating myself so I'm going to generalize this: You are really fantastic at character designs, and all of the details you add are gorgeous.
ungeneralized: her face is amazing, the way you did the lips really got me (and her eyes would be cool to see in a character sheet, to see all of her expressions)

I love these guys they're sao gorgeous.
get yourself some good watercolor paper, I really find that the paper plays a big role, this was done in a watercolor sketchbook with paper very similar to bristol board...
